  • With a thunderstorm hanging around for most of the day, today's coffee adventures take place within the apartment in Treme', although we do pop out for a short walk when the storm clears. Come brew some coffee with me and see what we got up to.

You can froth with a French press?! 🤯 seriously the photos were really awesome!

Yes! A French press is an easy way to aerate milk and create a lot of froth. I edited out the part where I did heat up the milk; I recommend steamed milk to be frothed for cafe au lait. Though, if you're looking to texturize the milk under the froth, this is not the way.

Oh, love to hear that! What you have you enjoyed roasting lately? Any beans in particular you recommend?

@David Sargent Coffee thanks! Been roasting mostly Ethiopians and Mexican beans. A cool one I have been trying recently is a Costa Rica heat fermented one! Super grapey

Sounds very interesting! Costa Rica and Mexico both have been heavy hitters for me lately. Good luck in your roasting and video adventures!
