প্রায় দুই যুগ পর উত্তর কোরিয়া সফর করেন রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমর পুতিন। তাঁর এই সফর কিম জং উনের সঙ্গে বন্ধুত্ব গড়ে তোলার প্রথম পা ফেলা বলে মনে হচ্ছে। দুই দেশের বিরুদ্ধে যে কোনো আগ্রাসনে তাঁরা পরস্পরকে সহোযিতার অঙ্গীকার করেছেন। দুই নেতাই জানেন তাদের পরস্পরকে প্রয়োজন- যুদ্ধ চালাতে পুতিনের প্রয়োজন গোলাবারুদ আর নিষেধাজ্ঞার কবলে থাকা উত্তর কোরিয়ার দরকার টাকাকড়ি। দুই শীর্ষ নেতার হঠাৎ কাছে আসার বিষয়টি বেশ সতর্ক অবস্থানে থেকে পর্যবেক্ষন করছে চীন। এই ত্রিকোন সম্পর্ক নিয়ে একটি বিশ্লেষণধর্মী প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ করেছে বিবিসি। যার ওপর ভিত্তি করেই আমাদের আজকের প্রতিবেদন।
