To further introduce the bureau’s vision, mission, and mandate, aligned with the department’s thrust of a food-secure and resilient Philippines with prosperous farmers and fisherfolk, the DA-Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) offers you this updated audiovisual presentation (AVP) launched during the bureau’s anniversary celebration.
This three-minute video provides a glimpse of the bureau’s clustered programs vis-à-vis formulated strategies, research for development (R4D) commodities/areas, client-oriented services, and R4D partners.
As the lead coordinating agency for agriculture and fisheries R4D, DA-BAR further its efforts and initiatives, and hopes to encourage and inspire R4D implementing agencies and clients to collectively work for the improvement of the R4D community and the agriculture and fisheries sector as a whole.
