I feel you on the babyliss guards - I’ve always thought they were very thin and flimsy - there’s a few of the guards in particular (that came with my gold fx hair clippers) that I 100% feel cut the hair inconsistent and leave uneven and patchy lengths. They need to step up their guard game for sure. I’ll also add that my #2 magnetic guard that came with my gamma absolute alpha clippers is terrible for the very same reason. The teeth on it are flared out on one side BAD and cut the hair horribly.
I found a clipper laying around in the house and give myself a buzz cut came out clean wish I have more hair to cut but I have to wait for it to grow back 1st time give myself a buzz cut. It can’t go zero more like a 1 but still get the job done.
I just bought the BaByliss SnapFX. I wish I would've known about the SC Instinct before. I'm not a professional just wanted a quality clipper to cut my own hair. It will pay off by saving a haircut every 2-3 weeks.

@@JL-nk1pc well personally and i recommend having 2 trimmer always, one just for trimming and one just for lineups, but the saber will do both, you can also use a clipper but doesnt feel as versatile to like go around the ear
The pulling of skeleton is caused by thr blade itself. Babyliss knows thst but does nothing. A lot of trimmer blades of my friends went to rubish while being new because they just snagged skin as your red one did. Its so sad

I've tried some slippers and shavers and I use stylecraft as well I have some evos with the one blade the go through anything and I have my rebels and unos too people should just try them and see the difference not just cutting wise but battery life would be enough to kill the competition 🔥🥊
Magic clipper is the best with jlr fader fix blade+ ceramic crunch mobile blade, but about the speed... I'm in can say same like you , maybe for first clipper is ok . After will use 7000- 10000rpm clipper will feel too slow. Great video , many information, many tips 👌💈💪🏼🙏
I have wahl clippers that, when I open the lever at all it leaves the hair frayed looking where it cuts. The ends of the hairs look white like its not cutting cleanly. They were like this from the day I got them. Can I adjust them to cut better?

I just recently travel to Jamaica out of JFK airport with my trimmers and clippers in my carry on and had no issues with airport security. No scissors though.

I tried this and it didn’t work for me. My Renpho trimmer quit holding a charge and will only operate when plugged into the block and electrical outlet. The cord is too short to try to work with so I threw my Renpho trimmers in the trash -two nights ago to be exact.
he made me laugh when reviewing shavers and got to the sc shaver and had to throw in ‘also very inexpensive’ lmaooo but i appreciate eddie anyway and i love my sc products along with babyliss
The babylis boost fading process doesn’t look as good as the magic clip tbh we all see that the boost cut was to close either you had the lever closed further or you did some different but the magic clip did a better job fading
Sc, gamma, babyliss, Andis are my favs but everyone gets a certain feel they like ! Bunch of you hairstylist/ barbers are very snobby instead of showing love and support.
