Neat build. I think the changes suggested in the other comment are pretty good. Right now job well done is overshadowing salvaged ammunition because of prize bounty’s existence.
My suggestions for Tourney Balance Bounty Hunter: - New passive: Armoured Faith 'Reduces damage taken by 10%.' BH is too squishy without Job Well Done, making it a must pick. This fixes that without tampering with weapon balance to buff his thp. Also fitting, considering his armour. - Salvaged Ammunition: Raise the ammo return to 25% from 20%. This would raise the return for Volley from 12 to 15, and for BoP, from 9 to 12, giving both a full clip. - Job Well Done damage: reduce max dmg reduction stacks to 20 from 30. With the passive, this would be only very slightly less total damage reduction than it is now.
How about: make job well done a passive (which would really fit his theme as a bounty hunter), but with 15 stacks max. And the talent increases the max stacks to 30.
as a Bounty Hunter main I can tell you, if you want to try in official realm without balance patches (never seen the special that is exclusive to rapier on f&a) you try with rapier + volley, it pierces units, all 3 bullets do critical damage and the melee kills reset your ranged crit so its basically a ranged killing machine.
