From 6:15 - 6:30, it is interesting that the description made by the narrator was mentioned by Ferdinand Magellan and his crew back when they first made contact with the Chamorros in the 1500's. Do the other Micronesian canoes also have asymmetrical hulls? My ancestors lost our seafaring knowledge because the Spaniards had forbidden the Chamorros from entering the waters so that the natives could be controlled. Thanks again Spain for replacing our seafaring culture and way of life for your religion. The men were killed as they didn't want their religion. Last I checked, one of the Commandments was "Thou shall not kill". The world punished Japan and Germany for the atrocities they committed. Yet it seems like Spain is sitting pretty acting like they did nothing wrong. My last name is Camacho for crying out loud.

Our canoes are described as proa and they were recorded as the fastest sea vessels of the ancient world. Until the steam ship came to being.

No one kills for religion. It is a mask for the power mongers.
