What can you expect from your Sunny South Vacation at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun? I experienced a sophisticated yet relaxed family vacation. Days were spent on the beach and in the beachfront pool. In the evening we got dressed up (because we wanted to) and enjoyed five star dining and lovely entertainment. My daughter enjoyed the warm waters in both the ocean and pool while my wife and I enjoyed the service and dining.
There are eight (8) dining venues and 11 bars and lounges. I tried to visit them all and if you're looking for something specific please check the chapter guide below. I mention this in the video but it's worth repeating, my favourite dining venue was Lorenzo's, I love pizza and the stone baked pie's here are fantastic. Outside of the food the infinity pools were another highlight. It was so fun to wade in the pool while enjoying beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.

You can follow up with the concierge. The regular sun loungers are included with your all-inclusive package. Hope that helps.

I’ve been getting mixed answers. Are the restaurants included in the fee or do we have to pay separately for that?
Hi @solalvac , thank you for stopping by the channel and for watching my Hyatt Ziva Cancun resort tour video. All the dining venues are included with the resorts all-inclusive plan. That said, some premium food items may have a surcharge. These items can be lobster, tomahawk steaks, etc. You should also expect to pay for food items purchased from their gift shop/stores such as chips, soda/pop, etc. That said, unless you really have a craving for Doritos (example) you really shouldn't need to purchase food from the shop. There are 14 dining venues all serving a variety of food items. When are you planning on going to the resort?
Do you have to be in the Adults Only Tower to access Adults only resorts?

That said, Club is an all-ages building. The Turquoise Tower is adult only and like the Club Tower, it is only open to Turquoise Guests. Are you considering a vacation at the resort? are all the restaurants free?
Hi @bobjohnson3293 thank you for stopping by the channel and for watching my Hyatt Ziva Cancun video tour. Generally speaking, yes, all the restaurants are included with your stay at this all-inclusive resort. That said, there are a couple optional exceptions which include; private candlelit dinners on the beach and Chef's Table. The latter is a culinary journey that offers up six gourmet courses prepared by the head chef at the resort. All other restaurants are included but may have pay extra opportunities (ie: bottles of wine, lobster, tomahawk steaks). This is subject to change but should give you a good idea.

I do not care about food, about a pool , I’m looking information about how beautiful, calm … the ocean water for swimming , I do not going to come from so far to soak in swimming pool ……… Unfortunately , I see the big waves, I have enough bad experience like that , so , thank you for your not valuable info ………
Hi @Zek372 I'm sorry to hear that you didn't find my video tour of Hyatt Ziva Cancun to have any valuable information for you. That said, most people that come to my channel are looking to see as much of the resort as possible from the beach, pools, restaurants as well as other venues. Sometimes I don't have as much time at these resorts as I would like to film my videos and they ended up being a little shorter. In this instance I wasn't able to get right down to the beach. One thing you may want to consider is that ocean currents change depending on the time of year. What you're seeing in my video may not be what you experience or what others have experienced.
