Understatement is a greatly underutilized tool and BANKS knows its power. Noisey's first taste of BANKS' minimalist mastery came at the top of this year with "Before I Ever Met You." Raw, sultry, and seductively delivered, it marked LA-born BANKS out as an intriguing talent. Cut to six months later and we're super excited to be premiering her new video-in partnership with Garnier Fructis-for "This is What it Feels Like," a phenomenal, duskily atmospheric tune lifted from her current EP, London, it's also the first BANKS video shot in color.

The atmosphere and all the shots of the video with the song is so perfect. Whoever directed this video did a wonderful job! Literally theres no other way that I could picture this song than with the image of a summer storm brewing around a dark and eerily empty house...it's almost as if she is a ghost dwelling there.
Wow! Right on! I love when people recognize this, makes it easy to make the decision to either keep listening or not sometimes..... I have seen lots and lots of videoclips until now, and I have never seen something like this, it gives such a foreign feeling, another dimension. It's like... Extraterrestrial. The only video that remembers me of this is Kerli - Walking on Air. But still, not the same feelings.
