Houston's Independent School District Superintendent and state-appointed board of education trustees unanimously approved a measure to cut dozens of district staff and teaching positions before the beginning of the 2024-25 school year. In Chicago, the Hispanic community are leaders in public grammer, high schools and city colleges. The superintendent of public schools has fired three black principals who were working with at risk black youth with a successful record. IL is an at will state. Superintendent Martinez didn't give a reason for their firing three black principals and continue to employee whyte teachers who were caught stealing.
