You’re the opposite of me. I used to be able to do my side spilt but now I can’t but both my splits are really close except for my left leg spilt

My sister has always been rather flexible but I have noticed her using a few of your videos to try to improve even more. She has had some success. She is trying to improve in flexibility, me in handstands and flips. Thanks to inspirations like you and Jack we have attempted to pull off a few poses of flexibility and strength and gotten some treasured photos from them. Thank you for the time and work you put in making videos to give the general public a chance to improve their daily lives, and for the enjoyment of all the other videos. Keep up the good work. Also the competition was very close!

Hi Anna! I’ve just recently started doing the quick warm up and 15 minute stretch every day! It’s my first time trying one of your challenges and I’m already seeing improvement. My scorpion is much better and i have really improved my spilts! Thank you sm!

Hi Anna! Thanks for all your stretch and workout routines! ♥ I love your vids and I've been following since 2019 and I've been more flexible ever since I followed you! But I've lost all my motivation to stretch and I lost all my flexibility 😔 Can you give me some tips on how to stretch more often! That would help me a lot! ♥
I feel guilty if i even miss a day of stretching.😂😂😂 just think of how guilty you will feel. Some exceptions are if you're super sick, then just don't stretch again until you feel better
