Learn how to add a blur effect to your videos using your camera AND how you can achieve a blur in post production using Filmora.
A blur allows you to make the video footage or image become out of focus. Why would you want to blur your videos? Blurring videos can hide content you don’t want to be seen, like blurring a face, object, or private information or focus on things in the videos you want your audience to see. Adding blur to the background will make the object in focus stand out. If done right, these techniques can create a cinematic quality to your shots.
There are a few ways you can blur your video using Filmora. Just make sure you are using the latest version of Filmora.
1. Power Tool Tilt Shift
With your footage in the timeline, if you right click and hit the power tools feature, it gives you the option of using the Tilt Shift. Now, if you don’t know what tilt-shift is, Tilt-Shift is the use of tilt for selective focus. Click the “Apply Tilt-Shift in the Clip” and it will automatically add a blur to the background with the middle part in focus. But what we want is for the entire background to be blurred, so all you need to do is adjust the tilt shift and make it as small as it can go, and then move the shift to the edge of the video. And there you have it! You have added a blur to your video.
2. Power tool Mosaic
Another way you can easily add blur to your videos is to use the Mosaic option. This is also in the Power Tool feature. If you choose Mosaic, and click “Add”, It will add a box with the background pixelated. You can add and adjust the box to the size you want, which is great if you are trying to blur private information or want to blur portions of the background in your video. You can also adjust the percentage of how pixelated you want the mosaic to be. Just click okay once you have the desired amount of blur and you’re good to go!

Hurr Abbas + motion tracking and mask tool isn't available . Filmora is going with this in new version .
In color grading you have different luts already provided and you can also set or do color grading. It's available you can check it out.
Tarun Verma Films Filmora have only color correction tool not color grading however I prefer manual color grading rather than luts

@@Dezibel1MC1 You can do motion tracking on your own but you have to take some time splitting the clip, but it still isn't as good as other editors.
Please add a feature where you can animate things

YT Regen + it's easily done in filmoraa by putting mosaic and by adding pictures from element library but like you are saying we add face of celebrity to any other that it's complicated 😊

Tilt-shift is not enough, not blurry enough while the mosaic feature is too much (too pixel-ized). Hope you can add a feature that has a subtle blur effect.

When we use the mosaic effect we get that effect for the whole video ,so can we get that effect for hiding a short scene of video like you did it from 0:06 to 0:10

It's easy
1. Open Photoshop , make transparent text image example you are writing (gimbal) .
2. Then open filmora add that image into media library .
3 . Insert you main video first then add that transparent text image in layer 2 then click on green screen effect thumbnail , then click which you want to be disappear in that image set intensity then click OK.
4 . Enjoy your video by giving it various effects.

I am facing a serious problem with filmora. When ever I finish editing a video in the preview render the video is running flawlessly but when render it the video start lagging the audio run at the original speed but the video plays slow I hope you understand what I am trying to say I also use filmora for professional work it is getting very irritating and several of my videos are waiting to be fixed I also tried updating and reinstalling filmora several time but it is not working I hope you can help me and fix this issue as early as possible
