This isn't a gaming computer kid. This is used by companies that don't care about how much electricity they use, they only care about the power and capabilities.
@@Glock7eventeen That's not accurate. Power consumption is a serious concern when designing power grids and HVAC systems for datacenters. There are already limits on what is feasibly possible, so this chip better have the performance to make up for the loss of density due to re-allocation of resources to manage these systems.

@@DjLight001 He's talking about the upcoming consumer Nvidia GPUs, but I do agree that even if a top end 4090 will cost $2500 or more (retail MSRP), it won't be overpriced if it delivers anywhere close to what this H100 supposedly delivers over the A100. Some high-end gamers will die for getting 2x or more the fps they're getting right now.
This stuff will greatly improve bioinformatics work. I'm hype for the future of biotechnology
I think this is the chip they temporarily pulled out of Arnold's head in Terminator 2.
now that AI becomes mainstream, I assume GPU prices will rise all accross the board
What's the die size? A100 was ~800mm² with ~50 billion transistors.
How 1.6x increase in transistors count can give ~3x performance increases?
New data processing algorithm and chip architecture i guess
It's not abnormal for a 1.6x increase in transistor count to be able to deliver a 3x performance increase.
@@utubekullanicisi A100 has 54.2 billion transistors while H100 has 80 billion transistors so about 1.5x times the transistor count.
700 Watts! That is a HOT chip!
So what? A pretty powerful one, in fact the worlds fastest GPU.

May I ask if Quantum physics was used in its data encryption system? Just wondering?
Amd Mi300 Apu hopefully
5 TB bandwith wow
Is CEO Jensen in the video a real person recording, or generated by Nvidia graphics…
Rendered in Omniverse but looks very realistic.
He is a consciousness manifested in the net, this is a visual representation of him
Damit now I wanna shrink down to 2 nm and roam the surface of the chip.
kinda scary how they have built a complete monopoly for this "bright" future
🤣🤣🤣
Ayoooo chillll lmao
Start your company and compete with them 😬
@@elivegba8186 Don’t worry Intel and AMD will offer strong competition.

What about the new gpu's?!
september

They could reveal the features of the GPU before the release window.
Can it run crysis 3?
i'm going to need more kidnies.
Absolutely incredible
Great future can be seen 😎
Good
YOu can run any game on it:P
Vedal needs this to improve hes ai vtuber neuro sama
I've stopped trusting people with leather jackets, I don't know why.
Jacket Cibaduyut
Could this be used to mine? Hopefully not
not really
Not like someone would hust spend 30k on that for mining.
???But the spec says it is HBM2E.
Scales from HBM2e in the 350W PCIe version to HBM3 in the full H100 SXM 700W version
60 tflops of fp64? Okay..
Deep Learning is now, old man
But could this run pacman? That is the real question
Can this run roblox?
Zigafloops need
