#Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc)
Administrative Templates → Printers → Configure RPC connection settings
Select "RPC over named pipes"
#Registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers\RPC]
There are 2 values that can be configured:
0: RpcOverTcp (default)
1: RpcOverNamedPipes
