Funny, my own grandmother purchased a Fold 5 today. I was shocked, but for her who always carried a galaxy phone AND small tablet, it seems like a win and she was elated. Adorable, really.
Only makes sence. She getting 2 devices in one. Wish her the best of lucks with the phone and let's hope she doesn't scratch the screen : D

In love with the flip, as someone who do much fieldwork, it can fit in my pocket. It just lack ruggedness and its ipx

@@arimokyuu_you should give it another try! samsung has made immense progress when it comes to upgrades regarding their flip and fold series. They are continuously enhancing their hardware manufacturing methods and learning from past mistakes, making each iteration of these phone series way better than the last.

Love the videos. Little suggestion is to use samsungs game plugins app in the galaxy store to enable Perf Z. This will display tge phones cpu, gpu, and memory usage, plus the system temp and real time fps. It would be cool to see how all the samsung phones and tablets perform. I have an S23 Ultra and even though these devices might have the same chipset, I'm still curious to see how resolutions and bigger deveices with maybe more thermal headroom perform. Game plugins also lets you tune performance and lets you create custim crosshairs. I commented this on the last vid but it looks like it got deleted for some reason.

@@papaniko5766I disagree with you. Especially xiaomi's software is so heavy and laggy for a while. Samsung's flip&fold series have more stable foldable experience. Camera-software-hardware, so overall experience is better than xiaomi's foldable phone

After over a year and a half of a Z3 I just can't go back to a regular phone.
Also I don't see that much improvement on the Z4 (my wife's) to justify a Z5.
Has been a game changer. Working abroad, my need for my windows tablet is gone . 3 apps open at the same time, S pen and everything is fine.
Even watching football or just plain Netflix/Prime is enjoyable.
This serves as an inspiration and motivation to work harder

Little late seeing some of these videos, love the Flip, I want to get one again soon. Odd question for your whole channel but what do you do with all the items you unbox and or review? Do you have piles of phones, desktop machines and consoles? Or do they make you send them back and let you keep the occasional one?

My ONLY issue being the useability of the front when folded, and the durability with vibrations (assumingly) breaking the glass on impact. Making the fold useless...
I baby my phones with the best cases. I still have my Fold 2 today. Next month marks three years and zero issues with the phone.
Good thing you don't have to own this phone. It's a voluntary thing. Countless people have durability tested it and it's fine.
You give off poor vibes. Tbh. They have a 2 year samsung care option you can select when you buy the phone. 3 replacements for any damage during that time. So what's to cry about

If i ever move away from Pixels, i would rather prefer having a flip. But if i ever got interested in big folding phones, i would go back to pixel fold as the front screen is more useful compared to z fold.
