It’s disappointing that this show only got 1 season. The ending def felt rushed. Sand was supposed to reign for a little while. And man. They had the key guy from the movie. That should’ve been a slam dunk. Supposedly they also ran into scheduling conflicts w actors.
For show about people of hyperintelligence this scene is not very well written. If 3,300 yd would be the longest kill in history, then why on Earth would there be people at a hotel checking for firearms? There's got to be some kind of perimeter for which they make assessments and checks... and if I recall rightly, for the president, it's a half mile. I can't imagine that a senator would somehow receive more prestigious treatment than the top executive of the country.

I really liked this show and it was a shame it didn't get a second season, or picked up by one of the streaming services.

He mentioned that she'd breath out before firing so I think he saw the refracted light shift slightly when she did.
