I was about to say I had no answer. But I think maybe I found one indirectly. I’m about to try a simpler bioplastic recipe and I’ve never worked with gelatin before. And I’ve just read that gelatin can smells!!! So perhaps the listerine is added to combat the strong oder of the gelatin. That’s the only quality of the listerine that I can think of that would be of use as it is not needed to actually make the bio-foam or any kind of bioplastic. I might try it now actually for my experiment.
i saw in another video that Listerine is to protect the foam from being consumed by bacteria since it contains honey.. it basically acts as an antibacterial agent
any way to make this into a foam? perhaps inject nitogen?
