Put a semi-auto M249 belt-fed with a mount in the back and wrap it camo you know how those terrorist Toyota trucks have those RPGs in the back but just get a legal semi-auto M249 lol 😂

First upgrade shut be NOS good way to blow up this little engine
You can get aftermarket rims with atv wheels they are super good offroad if it has the optional electric locking diff
Its like a slower side by side with air-conditioning 😂 take it to the dunes with paddle tires😂
Here in the Philippines we have a lot of those driving around one day I saw one passing by and it had a spoiler, wide rims, wide body kit, modified exhaust, and it was slammed it was kinda cool😆

There is all sorts of awesome upgrades for the suzuki carry Kei trucks. They have ATV tracks you can put on them. Lots of different off road stuff. Or you can always turn it into a drift monster like Hoonigan. But honestly, I love how rad they are off road.
I remember back in the day my mom had a old Toyota Hiace Hi-Class RWD, and that thing was so light in the back that it took nothing to make the rear slip and drift it around 😆 Me and my buddies had so much fun in that thing, and it was so easy to maintain. Sure there's lots of fun mods you could do with this little thing right there 😂 As long as it makes you smile while driving it, that's the most important thing.

They are one of the most fun vehicles ever.
We have one on the ranch. Ours Suzuki is a 4x4, black, windows are tinted, swapped the tires and rims w/ ATV tires & rims. Just have to match up the lugs. We heard through the grapevine, that we can get a 2” lift for it. That’ll work great on the ranch.

Next time Jimbo gets arrested, take this to the “Free Jimbo” rally. It can help transport food, water bottles and support people to the rally.
Make it a bosozoku type truck. You can get inspiration from a CZcamsr who did a car spotting where a bunch of those trucks are modified like a bosozoku leaving a car show in Japan.
You should totally make it an off-road build haha, a full snorkel and everything.
We have one of those at the USDA in Columbia, MO and it's a ton of fun to drive. My friend and I try to use it as often as possible 😂

A cool touch on this truck - after littering it with SG stickers, would be to mount a kegerator (heck, maybe even a kiddie pool filled with ice) and have it second as a personnel transport/beverage station at the rallies. It might need a 12" wheel, dually setup on the rear axle to make it work.

I would slam it with some fat tires, make it RWD and just find out what engine you could fit either a MC engine or a small 4 cylinder turbo engine. And put a stovepipe exhaust just to make it more ridiculous 😁
here in Indonesia we use this 4wd version mostly in rural area to transport almost anything. utility atv not popular in Indonesia - so you can call this 4wd mini truck as an Indonesian version of utility atv

You should make it 6x6 and then get a custom pandem kit for it. Then it would truly be a one of one.

That K-truck needs an engine swap. Perhaps put a Coyote og LS on the bed up against the cabin, so It’s in front of the back axel. Throw on a widebody kit, so theres room for a set of meaty tires.
Make a circular roll cage on the outside of the truck and make it do flips when you hit the brakes

Definitely a rear mounted barra swap. And a pandem wide body.
I know Hoonigan swapped a rotary into theirs and also put a 1 off body kit on it. And it’s like a mini drift truck.
I know the companies that modify the heck out of these and I would put good tires on and maybe relocate the battery and upgrade the hp and bit and bolt seat in the back and of the bed doesn’t already ate it dump
needs a LS engine swap turn it into a drift truck lol or a service truck for the evens with compresser, welder and other stuff to do repairs on the road with flat lid on the bed all the gear under it with some crazy underglow
