Could you please explain the cancelled sales. Does that happen for you after the customer has received the item or before they receive the item? And your cancelled sales was that in the month of April or over a few months?
I had one called sale pretty sure it’s only possible before they receive the item/ before it’s shipped out. Refunds are different and handled by redbubble.
for tagging, if i put for example dog, fluffy, will redbubble combine my tag so if someone searches fluffy dog will it appear or do i have to put fluffy dog as a tag? Thanks
redbubble says that for tagging you should separate tags, if you want to rank for the title: "Fluffy dog " as a title you should separate tags because you will rank for : dog as a keyword and the word fluffy separately, if you don't want to rank like that and niche down then use fluffy dog as a tag to rank for. sperateing tags will allow you to reach more people but not necessarily sell more
