Athom Homey - Math in flows

This video explains the basics on how math works in flows. And show a more advanced example no how to put it to use.
Explanation on the difference between start and replace, and start and resume:
Using replace will reset the current stopwatch every time the power changes and are above 10. This means if the power is set at 60W then adjusts to 59W it will reset the counter. Using "Start or resume" will just start a new if there is not an existing timer and resume the existing if it has been stopped. If not it is not touched.

Impressive video! Thanks! I am planning to swop to Homey and was worried that some of my crazy automations from the past would not be possible. Now I am not worried anymore. But one question: Is it still possible to use the web aplication for Homey? I have read so many angry reviews about only the app works from some update?? Thanks! H

I have the latest to the current date. There will be a bigger update which I've not checked as it is only in beta yet. But I still use flow.homey.app in my browser. Creating flows in the app is way to tedious imo :P

Homey is the best. Had others before. App on your phone works great. Honest, you dont need more. You can change everthing on the go. It's very user friendly. Used the web version ones. It worked. Prefer the mobile app. You will not regret when you step over to homey.

I know there is methods of adding tags using correct type of brackets and give the tag name wherever in the text. But I'm just showing the "basic" and not going too advanced trying to not confuse the heck out of everyone. Even though the more "advanced" match piece I use as a example might be over the top 🙄

@@askeladden1990 More like scripting? You can use HomeyScript which allows to run javascript code snippets from a flow and base flows on it if there is need for flexible scripting / functions. But math in the flows is mostly limited.
