I think the best way is to approach the construction Engineers for them to educate/brief you on steps towards the on-going project ie from the commencement stage to completion. That will afford viewers to understand the message you want to put across.
They should invest in ferry transportation along the coast. It will boost tourism and bring in massive revenue. It can run from ghana to Abidjan and togo
