Do you have an update on this SQ footage cost or is it the same? We're the solar panels added in? What the high speed Internet options in this area if all at any? I know Mahogany bay has the Fiber.

An obvious spot for investment. But man, the roads (dams) and wanton mangrove destruction...way of the world, but ouch.
When choosing a lot in Secret Beach area, what type of terrain do you recommend looking for. If bedrock is visible, is that a pro or con? Thanks!

So when a flood comes you leave or your car is fuqed, correct ? Belize intrigues me. I'm interested in looking at places in Belize with less chance of weather issues, especially flooding
