    In this video we will talk about pressing and how olive oil is extracted.
    To extract the extra virgin olive oil in Villa Le Torr in Tuscany in the Chianti region, we use a continuous cycle oil mill of excellent quality with cold temperatures.
    To obtain the extra virgin olive oil we follow this procedure:
    - We pour the olives into the hopper
    - They are defoliated
    - They are washed
    - Milling
    - Kneading.
    - Extraction.
    - Separator. A machine that cleans the oil from any residues and thus we obtain our extra virgin olive oil
    A very important thing to know is that the oil is extracted cold, with temperatures not exceeding 27 degrees, this allows not to alter the minerals, vitamins and substances rich in antioxidants useful for our body.
