(Personally I think he's great in both but he's a bit of an energy vampire when it comes to scoring goals. I just don't see him pumping up the team)

Ask whether Greedy Petey is responsible for the upcoming exodus of Canuck stars next season. Out of Lindholm, Meyers, Boeser, Blueger, Zadorov, Cole, Hronek and DeSmith... I think at least 4 of them won't be resigning with the team. Most likely Meyers (not going to take a pay cut) Hronek (wanting 9 million) Lindholm (too expensive) and either Cole or Zadorov for monetary reasons.
Team Depth is a lot more important than 1 "superstar" with a near $12 million salary
Canadian teams have to overpay players to compensate for higher taxes compared to a lot of US markets.

Canucks were only on top because they had 5-6 games in hand. now that everybody has caught up, they find themselves in 5th!
