    This is what they called development that's why Anambra state is most Urbanized in Eastern Nigeria their governor gives every corner of the state road to connect to their capital city

    Kudos to Soludo.
    I think the edges should be asphalted or walkways should be constructed on them. The edges have started wearing out.

    Ufuma topography is fitting for a mega city with high rise buildings left and right. Dry land. Imagine this road network with a 10 10 lanes dual carriage highways. With solid dwarf iron burglary both sides with well planned trees. Every Yuletide, I will drive there for a Formula One Driving fun. Until we do big things like the Whites, until then.

  • @Stephen874

    Let's think about future and learn to build durable and double lane roads with street lights

      😂😂
      Double lane? Throughout the duration of the video, how many vehicles did you see on the road? It is a rural road, so it doesn't need to be double lane. You dualise a road to ease traffic. The level of traffic is a major consideration.

  • @chimereh.achilefu9176

    If others are surprised by the presence of this rd, i'm not. This was one of many roads awarded or re-awarded by Soludo between Jul-Nov 2022. Hence the reason i didn't join in castigating him during the height of complaints about bad roads in Anambra he got last yr. Always knew it was a marathon, not a sprint, esp with the burden Obiano left behind. Long stretches of roads like these take time to complete, esp when Soludo chickened out of planned borrowing just because of uninformed public criticisms
    This is another reason i look at fellow Otti supporters with derision. Soludo could boast of over 250km of ongoing rd constructions on his 1st anniversary (now over 450 km on 2nd anniversary). Otti can't (he won't even venture to provide that info, except the misleading info that they've fixed about 70 roads)
    Only issue with this rd, is the stretches of rd shoulders that were abandoned + a video i saw (i think on BVI) that stone-base wasn't applied on atleast some stretches of the rd

    • @blessingGodwintv
      @blessingGodwintv  Před 2 měsíci +2

      If it's on this road then he's wrong because there's stone base on this road from the beginning till the end, you need to drive on it to get the real feel. Thank you

    • @jackdon6926
      @jackdon6926 Před 2 měsíci +2

      He is really working with limited funds...so am not surprised some stretch of this road is not stone based and shoulders are not paved. It's really hard working with limited funds. If Obiano did his job really well, Soludo wouldn't be wasting money on these projects. Obiano is a real disgrace to our people. He is here in Texas living a good ife with stolen money. God will punish him

      @@blessingGodwintv I've followed u long enough to know that u're quite wishy-washy with facts & saying it as it is. An open-minded person would've requested to see the video that i referred to, before making a conclusion. And No, one can't always determine the quality of a rd, especially a newly constructed one, just by driving on it.
      Search this video title here on YT for the video: "anambra guy calls out soludo over bad road construction"
      U betray this knack for wishy-washyness when u like a comment that makes excuses for poor project execution, on account of Soludo's economizing. There's a big difference between prudent use of financial resources, & just being cheap; the latter is wasteful spending, cuz the state in the long run will cumulatively spend more to eventually do the right thing.
      And the maddening thing about all this, is that all this could've been avoided, if only Soludo ignored the critics, & just went through with the N100b loan

      Thank you for your objectivity.
      Soludo is really doing his best with limited resources.
      Only those who don't see the bigger picture keep complaining.
      They praise past governors that they love and criticise Soludo. However if the past governors were all wonderful, how come Soludo still has projects to do.
      It is on record that SOLUDO IS THE ONLY GOVERNOR WHO HAS TRIED TO REALLY UPLIFT AWKA THE CAPITAL CITY.
      All the past governors did not do much in Awka or Onitsha.
      I know places like Nnewi , Ihiala need projects and I know that the state government will still extend projects there.
      I come in peace.
      God bless Anambra state, THE ODOGWU STATE.❤❤

    The edges look rough for a newly constructed road. The roads will not last. Check 0.05-0.08 seconds, u'll see what i am talking about. A road is supposed to last a minimum of 15-20years but when a road lasts only 2 years, it is a wasted resources.
