I think he wants some kind of opiates like codeine (though not sure if thats an opiod or not) morphine is the most common one, got some butrans left over from when I had horrible abdomen pains (not over the counter). The only kind you can get over the counter thats anything like those is cocodamol, but its got a very limited amount of codeine per paracetamol in it (been on a lot stronger myself).
