اللہ رھم کرے فیض بھائی آپ نے الحمو الموت کی غلط تشریح کی ھے اس روایت میں پردہ کا کوئی زکر نہیں ھے اور نہ اس روایت سے پردہ کرنا ثابت ھوتا ھے پوری روایت اس طرح ھے
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”عورتوں کے پاس خلوت ( تنہائی ) میں آنے سے بچو“، اس پر انصار کے ایک شخص نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! دیور ( شوہر کے بھائی ) کے بارے میں کیا خیال ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”دیور موت ہے“۔
ترمذی حدیث نمبر 1171
اور مزید تفضیل اس روایت میں ھے
عبدالرحمان بن جبیر نے کہا کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے انھیں حدیث سنائی کہ بنوہاشم کے کچھ لوگ حضرت اسماء بنت عمیس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کے گھر گئے ، پھر حضرت ابو بکر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بھی آگئے ، حضرت اسماء رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا اس وقت ان کے نکاح میں تھیں ۔ انھوں نے ان لوگوں کو دیکھا تو انھیں ناگوارگزرا ۔ انھوں نے یہ بات رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو بتائی ، ساتھ ہی کہا : میں نے خیر کے سواکچھ نہیں دیکھا ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ نے ( بھی ) انھیں ( حضرت اسماء بنت عمیس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کو ) اس سے بری قرار دیا ہے ، پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم منبر پر کھڑے ہوئے اور فرمایا: آج کے بعد کوئی شخص کسی ایسی عورت کے پا س نہ جائے جس کا خاوند گھر پر نہ ہو ، الا یہ کہ اس کے ساتھ ایک یا دو لوگ ہوں
صحیح مسلم حدیث نمبر 5677
اہل حدیث فن حدیث میں کج فہم ھے وہ حدیث پڑھتے ہیں مگر سمجھتے نہیں ھے اور اپنی سونچ کے مطابق حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں جبکہ رسول ﷺ کا فرمان ھے کہ جس نے میری طرف غلط بات منسوب کی تو اس کا ٹھکانہ جہنم ھے
الحمو الموت اور مندرجہ بالا دونوں روایات سے صرف یہ بات ثابت ھوتی ہیں کہ کسی عورت کے پاس تنہائی میں کوئی بھی شخص جو غیر محرم ھے نہ جائے اگر عورت کے ساتھ ساتھ اس کا شوھر باپ بھائی بیٹا یا کوئی محرم موجود ھو یا گھر کے افراد موجود ھوں تو پھر غیر محرم بھی جا سکتا ھے بات کر سکتا ھے جیساکہ صحیح مسلم حدیث نمبر 5677 میں وارد ھے

What i ve known- cases are such that husband's brother/cousin living for years in the same house... in US, UK etc and in another scenario cousins etc coming to stay for few days- huge difference between these two conditions. Nobody can maintain hijab 24×7 for 365 days. Non sense. For few days it can be done... on condition that one is just visiting. Be it non mahram from wife's side or husband's side.

@@Sam-su9rq well then the solution to that is not what women HAVE done which is made themselves WORTHLESS by preventing four marriages. Right now they are beggars, and beggars can’t be choosers. Had they married married men then obviously they would have a wider range of men to select from, one richer than the other. Alongside people have deviated from islams teachings and consumed interest. That has led to property prices rising. A well paid man cannot afford to give his wife separate accommodation. And women are not prepared to settle for less which gives rise to divorce.

@@razamughal4582 They can provide seperate accomodation, while she decide to be a home maker. Why expensive marriages? Do nikah in masjid, no pomp and show, no nonsense of rituals, follow islam, simple least expensive marriage, decide to live in seperate accomodation which fulfill basic needs, live happily and with contentment with whatever Allah has provided. Period.

Yes your brother is your mehram and there is no parda of face infront of your brother...but your husband's brother (your brother in-law) is not your mehram it is really important to keep yourself fully covered infront of your brother in-law or your cousin brothers...may Allah guide us all ameen..
