MAPLE OLD FASHIONED:
2 dashes Bitters
¼ oz. Maple Syrup
2 oz. Bourbon
Pour everything into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Serve in a short glass with ice. Garnish with lemon twist and cherry.
MINT JULEP SPRITZER:
6-8 Mint Leaves
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Bourbon
Sparkling Wine or Cub Soda
Put mint leaves and syrup in mixer glass. Muddle to crush mint and combine with sugar. Add bourbon and ice. Shake to chill and bruise mint a bit more. Pour into a tall glass with ice. Top with sparkling wine or soda. Garnish with fresh mint.
BLUE MOTORCYCLE:
½ oz. each -
Vodka
Gin
Rum
Tequila
Blue Curacao
2 oz. Sour Mix
Lemon-Lime Soda
Pour liquors and sour mix into a tall glass over ice. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon.
