Tip: the herald has a huge weakness. When she summons wolves, you can just run away and they’ll despair and she’ll go back to doing her idle animation without healing. Doing this over and over let’s you cheese her so easily so long as you have a decent amount of ammo.
That could work until you run into some guy climbing his way up to third party
They despawn after 15 seconds if they can't see you, no need to run anywhere, just go up a floor before shooting her, no need to run away then

the herald gun can erase shield in one trigger pull but the midas drum gun is the one everyone calls broken
I miss the drum gun.
Exactly that’s not the only problem but either they need to give you more shield or decrease the amount of damage a gun does cause it’s unacceptable and ridiculous
And they need to update their banning system. It’s trash, and it doesn’t even report them or been even when they hack also

I genuinely hate it because this stupid community makes epic fearful to add fun and creative items. Or at least interesting ones because the community will cry about it
I stated this in my own comment but the Port-A-Bunker is a great example! They complained about the Port-A-Fort in a previous video and said the Port-A-Bunker is a great replacement that fixes the issues but now they’re complaining about it! Same with the Evo-Chrome weapons how they say its not that powerful then show a clip of it doing 99 damage in ONE shot and then in 2 more shots eliminating them. With the Herald they complain how difficult she is and then show a clip of shooting at her while she’s in her IMPENETRABLE BUBBLE. And if you struggle with fighting TWO WOLVES, I didn’t say it in my own comment but, that’s literally just a skill issue. Not to sound toxic but if you struggle killing two wolves to continue fighting her than its not the boss. I will agree the mythic is OP, but that’s been most mythics. At least you can earn the mythic if you put the work in the evolve your weapon too! That’s an amazing change too but of course they’d rather complain than point out all of the good things. Same with accidentally going through chrome walls, just.. don’t walk into Chrome walls? I’m just saying they are TRYING SO HARD to COMPLAIN. People were complaining that the port-a-fort would always reveal their location because of how tall it was, that's why they replaced it.

They literally said in a previous video that “The community didn’t like the Port-A-Fort because it revealed your location immediately so Epic added a solution!” Its a bit paraphrased but now they are complaining about it. At first they said they love and adore it and now they hate it? Same with the vaults using keys and Chrome. They’re more indecisive than a woman when you ask her what she wants to eat! I’m sorry this is so long and became a bit of a vent but they don’t make sense anymore and it’s personally quite frustrating.

You need to realize that epic has to stay somewhat to the story line also they like to change the meta every once and a while to make the competitive scene less beam everyone from across the map with spray weapons. Also, the chrome weapons encourage aggressive playstyle, something that I think benefits more than not

I mostly take them to evolve and gain xp via milestones. Chrome shotty needs a buff or spread change. Horizontal spread works great with Resident Evil 4's Striker shotgun, but this is a different game and different ball park. The assault rifle though is awesome. Im typically not a fan of burst rifles but somehow Fortnite does them right
the herald is prob the easiest boss ever. All you gotta do is camp up above the main chamber where she's located and shoot her. If she spawns her wolves, all u gotta do is just run away from the window for a bit. then just go back and repeat this.

I'm honestly quite surprised that skill-based matchmaking for this season didn't end up on the list, cuz I think the players this season are WAY harder to eliminate and basically impossible to win

Honestly at this moment, I don't even care about Crown Royales anymore. Each season right now, they will just reset it and it just doesn't seem relevant anymore unlike C3 S1 when it really mattered. Right now, all I care now is just try to get a Victory Royale now.

I do like the evochrome burst... because it is a fresh start for the burst on the return of the 3 round burst (at rare) and a newer 4 round burst (on the epic) while increasing the amount of shots that could be fired on legendary, and I haven't played enough with the mythic to notice a huge difference other than the herald using it as almost an 8 shot burst when fighting them
Herald's is I think 5 shot burst when you use it. I dont really keep track but man it melts
Imma be honest i like the shotgun but kinda dislike the AR simply due to it losing dmg with rarity increase
Example: green and mythic has the exact same damage output cause from green to blue and from blue to purple it reduces its damage

@@webbermain6910 Yeah but its still a dps increase. Pretty sure the rapid fire also loses damage per bullet in exchange for a fire rate increase. The evo burst is honestly a beast if you hunt a bunch of wild animals to level it up. The Herald's is even more insane
i don't think they will re-add klombos this season because of the evocrhome weapons since they evolve based on damage and klombos are immortal it would be very op

The chrome would likely just corrupt them, making them evil so you'd want to kill them or something. Plus, last time it only did one damage so it'd take forever to upgrade them.

No it wouldn’t be OP. I’ve fought Klombos before, they only take one damage so it would take forever to evoke your evochrome weapons.
You've been known to admit when you're wrong so I have to point out a few things.
The evochrome shotgun isn't horrible. The damage it does is pretty balanced considering it has the highest rate of fire among shotguns currently in the game.
The Webslingers aren't in the game despite spidergwen being the tier 100 skin because they already added a massively useful movement item. The chrome splashes are extremely versatile and you can essentially farm infinite splashes for it. Not only does it give you extra movement, it gives you a bit of padding, lessening the damage you take from the first couple shots to hit you while you're chrome, and it also heals you slowly over time.
Boogie Bombs were kept in because they've become a favorite among competetive and especially zero builds players.
The rock family probably evacuated because of the chrome invasion.
The port-a-fort was too OP in zero builds. Nobody really used it in normal BR and even then it was fairly useless in builds.
The new vaults are extremely useful. You can have one member of your team go to a vault while the rest of the team focuses on their own things. And you can do them in solos without needing an animal.

We are not going back to season 1 or chapter 1 for that matter so forget about it
The narrative quests got a huge buff and the weeklies and milestones got a little one too. I'm already level 118 thanks to also getting 480k from STW daily.. but without that I'd be 46 at least. Probably more because I'd be focusing on getting xp elsewhere instead. There are other xp opportunities coming up, like that Aya Nakamura concert, Fortnitemares, additional narrative quests, Some Star Wars thing, and probably other surprises. There's also a few good places to get xp in Creative if you look around.
I actually don’t find the battle-pass to be that much of a problem. I get that it’s a long process, and it gets boring when you have to grind milestone quests, but I don’t find it that bad. I do wish Gwen’s unmasked style was sooner in the battle pass though.
That one should have been the final unlock for the battle pass. Where they could making that you can get her normal skin as soon as you make it to page 10
@@Ron_Junkman yeah, I mean at the least, put it one page 1 of the bonus battle pass. It is literally just an unmask. If it was like a miles morales alternate suit, i would understand, but its just a face. and does it even come with an unmask animation like the other spider man?

@@XenoTheEnergized1339 It's more from the fact most people don't play the game every chance they get like some others would do. Also in my case I only come back for the story quests and then grind out the dailies when I can or have the time to in-between other games I play that also demand my time. Not everyone wants to shell out money for V-bucks to buy levels when you can just play the game.
That's also with the knowledge that this Season is much shorter then most other seasons have been. And let's be real, this season is a bit lacking really when you had god damn Darth Vader as a crossover boss to fight.
@@XenoTheEnergized1339 back in invasion I reached level 200 without paying a single V buck and I wasn't even grinding (I ironically didn't have the battle pass). Now I have to go on daily do every mision, and play multiple rounds, do creative just for the chance of reaching Level 150.
The reason the port-a-fort was replaced with the port-a-bunker is because the everyone was complaining that the port-a-fort always gave away your area and it was loud.
Fun mode you can do with friends: go into a match and don't pick up any guns, see who can last longest

I'm already at level 70, it's really not that hard to level up in my opinion. With the mix of creative maps and BR And in a few days, new quests will be added making leveling up a little more easier.
My only thing is it doesn't look like there will be any big collabs this season and The battle pass isn't all that exciting but I mean in the last battle pass the only exciting thing I can remember was Darth Vader which was at Page 10
You could also say Epic does this so some kids just pay for levels to get the skins they want faster rather than grinding for it
I kinda wish like the midas skin bytes touch could turn weapons into like a chrome skin like midas touch
I think that the Evochrome Shotgun is pretty great.
Also I love the boogie bombs this season.
I'm glad that epic is making these changes, I use the grapple glove, it's really useful 👌 it helps to escape gothrough cover to cover tactics in the game. Me and my little brother are learning ways to survive and all about teamwork. I use tents, I crouch so that players wouldn't see me, I'm aware of my surroundings, I protect those players by healing, etc. Fortnite is all about teamwork instead of getting trash talk from players and using emotes signs like take the L showing that player he is toxic I mean come on, whether I win or try to win or having a victory Royale, to me I play the game to enjoy, make friends, and HAVE FUN! It's not a competition who is better and showing off, it's all about you and what's inside of you is never give up
It’s kinda frustrating that boogie bombs are vaulted this season it feels like everyone is trying so hard and boogie bombs are one of the only counters
I’m already level 47. I will admit it’s hard to get exp this season, the way I get exp is by opening everything in a vault and you will get around 8k-12k exp

Although the Herald is a very tough boss the weapon is actually worth it as it has some very good stats and if you go against somebody with full shield just two clicks on your keyboard/controller is all you need to deplete it.

I think the point is that they are trying to evacuate the island so I feel they might just vanish as soon as the chrome hits that area. Epic seems to be leading to the point that the chrome will take over the whole island.

But the poi's will still move around, that has allready been proven by some images.
Maybe they will come toghether and maybe other poi's will be saved too last minute and join them.
Maybe they even create new poi's with all the building materials they are storing on some platforms.

And then at the end of that season we have a solution for the Chrome and we can go back.

From the perspective of a Zero Build player, vaulting the Boogie is kind of a bad idea. New players rely on it to win a fight, or even older players who haven't improved in skill.
at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.
I freakin' love the boogie bomb and I'll be really sad once it's vaulted. It's even more useful against sweats so you can get them to stop building and editing.

Regarding the "low XP" I've been playing Creative and those levels are really helping me level up. I'm at level 60 now. Mostly I've been doing Easy Deathruns and levels like Zombieland from Atomic.

The loot pool is amazing and all that stuff not being added or changed is just Epic trying to keep the game balanced. The battlepass is severely underrated and Epic is just trying to appeal to all kinds of people with the diverse array of skins in the battlepass. As for the easter eggs being gone, they probably disappeared in the chrome like most of the Seven.
I wouldn't say the battle pass is diverse, especially this one, feels very emo and although that's good for some I just don't care about anything in there. It also feels like they're running out of ideas for skins and just shoehorn Marvel in there just to sell it. Its a shame because I used to enjoy grinding it, now it just feels very specific to either marvel fans or those who collect as much as they can

The thing I noticed is that it said to gather rockets and heavy bullets for a daily quest and I thought to myself rockets haven't had a use since the rpg launcher and guided missle
I’ve been grinding and I want to inch this season I’m already tire 90 in the first week without buying tiers it’s not a hard season just compliment you weekly quests and storyline quest and you’ll do fine xp severs are also great so take care

The levels aren't hard to level up at all, if you do easy deathruns you get more xp and levels then you do if you play normal battle royale I'm already at tier 100 now (playing both normal games, game modes like zero build and deathruns) and I was late to buying the pass and late to the season.
The new guns were broken at first and a couple still are but most of them have been balanced now and it's just about finding the right loadout now. I usually go range assault, shotgun, rapid SMG, heal and then sniper or explosive as my loadout and it works fine every time I've won alot more solos this season then I have with any other season and I found my skills have now improved quite a bit I'm still not great but I'm decent enough.
It's all about skill, luck and time you play id say but yeah this season had better skins then the past few have at least I guess. Overall I'd rate this season 7/10.
honestly byte is probably one of the most sweaty new skin this season. Whenever i see someone with a byte outfit they build like crazy cranking 90s and destroying my whole square as one person or third partying

to be honest i love this new season i like keys for the vaults it gives more loot at 2 keys the new guns everything but not the rock family,truck being removed but i hope they will be back in the next update but so far i love the new season well the xp are not great but still a very cool season
It feels like we get more Xp boost when a season ends and get weak xp boost throughout a whole season even when it begins, i mean please Epic, can't we just get more Xp boots when a new season begins instead of grinding our butts off just to get to the top of the battle pass, I'm now at page 7 and 3 pages away, plus the bonus page's, I've really been grinding alot.

For some reason in a game once I was a blob then someone knocked me down while in a blob then when I was resed my camera was super glitched so I could be looking backwards while my skin went went forwards and my controls were jacked up so died to storm and also in a nother match all the water had just disappeared I could still swim but I could see straight through and I went to the zero point and saw all of it as bright as ever
the evo burst is amazing also with 2 people you can melt the herald in seconds. I love the chrome and this season overall so far though we need new mythics and exotics

The new chrome burst might be worse then the striker burst but I kind of like it. It makes fortnite feel like before in chapter 1 with the original burst.
Im mixed about bytes but Here me out this is my opinion I think fortnite should have given any skin the ability to wear bytes pixaxs on any skin I hope epic dose that because imagen full gold midas with it or any silver skin I think it would have alot of combos but that's my opinion on his pixaxs
I hate how i get legit 3 fps in season 4 at the start of the match and keep on freezing in the middle of a build fight.
I have a tip for Herald boss so you have to go to the platform taller than her (you also need a bolt sniper) you snipe her while shes checking on the tree hid till she goes back and it will two shot her if you get two headshots and its that easy!

I love how the loot lake house is back, but though the removal of truckasaurs and the rock family is a huge mistake, one more thing, I actually really don’t like the unmasked styles, but if I don’t equipt them it feels like others might think “oh wow they didn’t even get unmasked style,” or “bruh they don’t even have gold super styles” those I also don’t like.

one big thing that might get fortnite back in track: you can level up in any battle pass you want, now, there must be another consumible like the stars that is used for this. why this idea? because some players are not addicted and have to do other stuff and just cant get it all since leveling up its harder than ever. if they put this i will actually come back.

The Herald is one of the weakest bosses we've had. Her weapon is powerful, but her shield and health can be depleted really quickly. I'm not complaining, though, since Raz was a bit of a nightmare to take out at The Spire.
Bytes is an amazing skin. He's like the new Midas... just wish everything he touched turned to chrome🤗

the getting to level 200 is no problem, i got level like 334 without grinding past 100 last season
Anyone notice when your around chrome spins around as fast as you can you see a second version of your character as chrome basically telling you your next to become devoured by the chrome

Hey can anyone help with some landmarks? I cant find several: verdant valley, chrome monument, reinvigorator crator, and maby gleaming condosseum. Does anybody know whats happening with those? Ive searched for hours now... And does pinnacle peak and tilted touchdown still excist? Or is it complete gone?

Actually sprinting is the button for phasing thankfully the two bumpers on Xbox are unset and I use them for phasing
