Dont know if this helps, but I play guitar, I Capo at 4...if you transpose piano, go up 4. And then its Gmajor, Eminor, Cmajor, Dmajor.
The chorus is: Gmajor, Eminor, Dmajor, Cmajor. The bridge and tag are the same. If I confused you just know its the same 4 chords, and listen to where they sound right! Hope I helped, and I hope your church is just as blessed by this song as I was!
