Cant remember exactly. About 6- 4x4x8 for the posts. 8- 2x4x8 for the frame and braces. 2 sheets of 4x8 plywood. Maybe 2 or 3 2x8s for the ramps and bridge. And some screws and rope for the swing. My kids like it more than the goats and the ramps are not really necessary as the goats can jump up there with ease!! I hope this helps
