I used to listen to the Heifetz recording of this piece. That set the bar pretty high for me, but this version does not disappoint. What wonderful playing! Manrico, bellissimo!
I regret that I have been to Prague twice and yet not heard a concert at Smetana Hall. Maybe next time.
