Our USA DATA PLANS while RV Living - IS IT RELIABLE?! (As CANADIANS)

- A long overdue topic during our RV travels, WHAT WE USE for Internet while traveling in an RV! As Canadians we weren't sure how good, or affordable roaming data plans would be for internet while traveling the USA but thankfully it's all worked out!
Internet while traveling in an RV is essential to us. As CZcams users and for just day to day life of course. Thankfully even just using these cellphone data plans has been all we've needed for internet while RV living. I'm sure some of the newer Starlink type options will be useful down the road when in rural areas (and even more for Canada likely!) but the USA has had such good cell coverage everywhere we are that it's been a relative breeze. This was also a cheap RV internet option as opposed to buying additional hardware.
Hopefully you guys enjoy todays RV living adventures during our continuation of our USA RV travel series and perhaps found some useful info on the reliability of cellular internet while RV traveling the USA. As Canadians travelling the USA we were worried it might not work out so reliably but as of now we definitely think it is worth it. Thanks for watching the RV vlog friends!

Other channels swear by Starlink. There was only one place that was so completely thick in the forest where it had trouble. Maybe in the future. I'm Very happy to see you guys 😍❤️‼️😄🖐️ Alysha to keep your burger from crumbling, just whisk up an egg or 2 and mix in. It really helps. No, you can't taste it or see it.

Another great video guys. So good to hear your Telus plan is satisfactory. We are Canadians, heading for Arizona for the winter. Wife and I both have roaming plans with Telus, and I really want to keep our existing numbers.

Thanks Rob! Yeah it worked really well for us especially in the Southern areas. Telus's roaming package let you choose manually between all the providers around so sometimes you can switch from say AT&T to Verizon just to see if it works better. Sometimes the phones seemed to pick the weaker signal on auto. Cheers!😁🍁

Glad to see you guys back - was worried about you for a moment there! We ended up getting the Starlink RV package for RVing and it has worked amazingly everywhere we've gone. Also nice that you can pause the billing over winter, so you only have to pay for the months you use it. Safe travels!
It does sound pretty nice, a family member has gotten it too actually! Thankfully the phone plans have been pretty reliable but that would likely be the next step for us if we wanted to beef our service up even more. Sorry about last week just a busy one and weren't able to get it ready by Friday. Have a great weekend 😄🍁
