Nightmare R. She's not from an anime, in fact she's from a game called League of Legends. Her name is Ahri. A while back, a song was released called POP/STARS from a group called K/DA which featured her. This is what was being cosplayed.

Nightmare R. She’s not from an anime she’s from the game league of legends it’s a skin you have to buy or get by chance if you play and get a chest. You must get an s on a champion to get the chest. The chest contains items or champion shards or skin shards. And the character you’re talking about in the game is called ahri. She’s one of the champions you can get when you start league of legends. She looks different from the video cosplay because the cosplay is just her kda skin.
