    tomatoes 1 large sized
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1/2 cumin powder
    1/2 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1 handful of fresh desiccated coconut
    jaggery 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    coriander leaves

    Lovely Recipe Only one key thing is that ginger garlic paste must be added once the onions are golden brown add the g&g paste and saute for 3mins till the raw smell of the paste is gone & then add the tomatoes 😊👍Thank U for sharing this delicious Tisreanche Sukhe🙏🍫😍👍👌

    Thanks for sharing your recipe. Can I know after boiling water, how long to soak the shells in boiling water in order to open d shells..

    You don't have to put water. Just wash it and put it in vessel with lid and let it get heated, it will open in 5 minutes very easily due to heat

    I have never heard of using jaggery in clams

    My mother doesn't put jaggery in any fish dish. It must be some goan receipe

      Yes I believe it stabelises the content of d fish n safe for eating...hence d jaggery
