Out of this world talent, Lynden David Hall had it. One of the most understated talented musical men of our time. This man, I have no doubt, would have conquered the music business on a global capacity had he have lived. I bought his album as soon as I heard "Sexy Cindarella". My goodness, at that time I had no idea what the rest of that album had in store! Lynden, this planet lost you far too young, but your, compassionate, humble, honest, poignant and sparkling footprint will never be diminished. Purest love and light to you. You were absolutely the real deal and always will be. I still shed a tear when I listen to your lyrics all these years later. x

Why did Jools Holland interview so many mainstream singers and musicians who frankly, had very little talent, and yet he never interviewed Lynden. Lynden David Hall was without question the greatest soul singer to come out of the UK, and yet Later ignored him. I like Jools, I just don’t understand why the producers of Later chose to ignore Lynden. An interview with him would have been amazing, as he was, as is evident, an amazing singer and musician. Opportunity passed by, from the producers of that show.

I recently discovered him and his music, and when I read about him passing from cancer at such a young age, I actually cried. No doubt he was an extraordinary talent.
