Flamenco has Indian influences

El flamenco tiene influencias mediterráneas mayórmente (Norte de África, Asia Menor y de la propia Península). Si tiene influencias también indias (de la India) es de rebote a través de la propia Asia Menor.
Hay que tener en cuenta que al final absolutamente todos los tipos de canciones tienen algo de influencia de otras (hasta la propia india de la India), ya que la música ha viajado allá donde viajaba el ser humano de aquí para allá por todo el planeta una y otra y otra vez a lo largo de la historia. Por tanto, ninguna es total y absolutamente pura. Y quien diga lo contrario no tiene demasiada idea de la verdadera realidad de las cosas.
