    或450克吐司模具✖️2
    麵團:
    高筋麵粉560克(4+2/3杯)
    牛奶350克(1+3/4杯)
    白糖30克(2大勺)
    鹽6克(1大勺)
    酵母6克(1+1/2小勺)
    橄欖油或著無鹽黃油50克(10小勺)
    混合種子(乾重)120克
    (白芝麻、亞麻籽、藜麥,或自選)
    表面:
    混合種子50克
    烤箱预热15分钟
    180°C
    32~35分钟

    (white sesame, flax seeds, quinoa, or optional )
    Surface:
    Mixed seeds 50g
    Preheat oven for 15 minutes
    180°C
    32-35 minutes

      每家人烤箱功率,容量不同、模具材質和厚薄不同、預熱時間不同,通常烘烤時間都會有不同。
      除了根據以往經驗的烘烤時間和溫度來判斷外,還可以通過觀察以下來輔助判斷。
      1⃣️通常,甜麵包表面顏色烤到淺棕色比較適合。但含糖量低的麵包即使烤熟,表面顏色也會比較淺。
      2⃣️除了觀察麵包表面顏色,還可以根據麵包在烤箱裡膨脹的情況來綜合決定。一般麵包在烤箱裡膨脹到最高點後慢慢開始稍稍回落,繼續烘烤幾分鐘就算成熟。
      3⃣️蓋蓋子烘烤的吐司您可以在最後幾分鐘,戴好防燙手套,取出吐司觀察底部小孔,小孔裡麵包底部是淺棕色,就是吐司已經成熟到剛剛好。

      2⃣️In addition to observing the surface color of the bread, you can also make a comprehensive decision based on the expansion of the bread in the oven. Generally, the bread will slowly start to fall back slightly after it reaches its highest point in the oven, and it will be considered mature after continuing to bake for a few minutes.
      3⃣️When baking toast with the lid on, you can wear anti-scalding gloves in the last few minutes, take out the toast and observe the small hole at the bottom. If the bottom of the bread in the small hole is light brown, it means the toast is ripe to just right.

      阿栗用的是三能牌子吐司盒,從未出現沾黏的情況。這個吐司含油量來說,也不是容易出現沾黏的。😀💞
      如果有些吐司盒容易沾黏,可以在裝入麵包胚子之前,塗一層黃油,烤出來就不容易沾黏。

    Can make into buns shape, about 60g each? Any changes in baking time and temperature??

      Hello, thank you for your likes and comments! You can make the dough into the shape of steamed buns. If each is 60-80g, preheat the oven and bake at 180°C for about 22-24 minutes. Please note that the sugar content of this bun is relatively low, so the surface color will not be the same. It won't be a very dark brown, but a light brown.😘

    可以把麵粉一半換成全麥麵粉😂
