HAPPY 88th BIRTHDAY TO JOHN WILLIAMS!!!!
Around 6am today I found out it was his birthday, so I spent 2 hours orchestrating the section where Lando and the massive fleets arrive. The music was sounded super victorious and gave me goosebumps at the theatre. I did my best! Have a great day and May The Force Be With You, Always!
nice song
Your speed in arranging is absolutely amazing... just a big wow.
Beautiful music, man!
That scene was one of the best scenes in my opinion, not just in TROS, but in all of Star Wars. And having this version of the original theme playing during it just put this scene over the top.
Thank you you wonderful human being!!

It's STAR WARS !!!
Best line in the whole movie.
Too bad we only saw this massive fleet of ships for a good 3 seconds
On the one hand, that's a pretty cool line that I really appreciate since they're going up against a tyrannical ruler.
On the other hand, we never really saw the empire putting people down and said people just allowing it to happen (like some storm troopers roughing someone up while everyone else just walks past). That would really have given this line some weight.
Were stronger together...
And if that doesn't say and prove a lot idk what will
Prequel fans, OT fans, Sequel fans we might sometimes fighting each other. But we all know we agree on one thing John Williams is one of the best things in star wars. Happy Birthday John Williams!!!!!
(by the way thats an amazing theme)
Ghosty. Thank you for that! May the force be with you my friend!
I actually don't like the sequels so much that i can't listen to music from it, and that is a shame because i quite like it.
@@porgherder6109 Not really a problem. The music reminds me of the movies which i really don't like to be remembered of.

Admittedly, I find the structure of the sequel kinda weird, but DAMN, this is one of the best, probably THE best scene in all nine of the Star Wars movie for me. I literally teared up when the music comes and seeing the whole screen filled with thousands of different ships. Not to mention it's followed by one of the best lines in the movie
"It's not a navy sir. It's just... people."
It wasn't the best Star Wars movie, but it was still good, and they did what they could with what they had.
This deserves more likes
@alexanderthegreat6682 I agree, it definitely wasn't the worst Star Wars movie. Worst name, yes, since Skywalker died at the end of the last movie (don't even get me started). But it's still not worse than Solo (again, don't even get me started). It's not the best, but it's definitely not the worst.
I find the line to be a metaaphor for the fan base. Not a navy. Just people who love star wars. The fleet is a symbol of the fan base behind this scene and wanting Palpatine to finally die for good
Star Wars would honestly not be the same without the LEGEND that is John Williams!!!!!!
Picture this.
A battle over Coruscant the Resistance is losing to the FO but then Lando comes out of hyperspace with a fleet of Venators, Imperial ships and other Republic ships, then on the bridge Kix or Rex says "Nothing Beats Republic Engineering!" then a transmission from Kalani comes saying "I hope you don't underestimate us" then ARC fighters, Tri Fighters TIE Fighters, Vulture droids launch from all ships. On the ground AT TE's and other old vehichles are being deployed all over. Then it's over for the FO.
and when republic-droid-other fleets fight in space, the LAATs and other transports going to coruscant land to capture him. LAAT start deploy clone troopers, AT-TE and fucking AV-7 proton artillery guns. After that in a land Rex screams "FOR THE REPUBLIC! KILL THIS SCUM!" and clones start their advance, how it's been in CW times. Upon the land battles LAATs and ARC fighters clear the skies from the FO TIEs and winning("NOTHING BEATS THE REPUBLIC ENGINEERING!"), meanwile the FO fleet don't think that "really old venators can destroy them", but this ruining when venators with really big fighter, bomber and cruiser+corvette support destroys many FO ships, after that they pissed, wanted retreat but some good-old "Barrier"-class interdictor cruisers block their retreat path.
After that FO fleet is fucked, land is fucked too, and clones already instail New Republic flag.
My jaw dropped when this happened. It was almost overwhelming. I've never seen that many ships rendered at once, ever.
"There are more of *US* Poe; there are more of us!"
JJ Abrams: if Avengers can render a fuck ton of aliens and heroes, we can render the greatest scene in Star Wars ever!
Lando: There's more of us!

By far the best rendition and application of the star wars theme. This scene was the highlight of the movie, the highlight of the sequels, and to be honest it's one of the highlights of all of star wars.

Without John Williams, Star Wars wouldnât be Star Wars.
Happy Birthday John Williams!
I personally think there still should have been a scene like this in a version of TRoS that was great and respected the decisions in The Last Jedi. Like while Poe, Finn, and Rose are leading a battle to take down Hux and the Supremacy and create a turning point for the war while Rey, her Jedi Knights, and Ben are facing the Knights and discovering they need to find balance between the light and dark to win, there is a low-point and Poe and his crew are accepting the fact that their battle is failing. The planet the Supremacy is going towards will fall to the First Order. Then we slowly see more ships emerge from hyperspace and take down the First Order fleet complete with cameos from older characters and then we get a full on armada as Lando and Chewie head to it to lead the crews against Hux's forces. And all humans and aliens alike are seen commanding their ships and they cheer over the intercoms "For Luke Skywalker!" in various Star Wars languages, symbolizing how much his sacrifice on Crait inspired people to fight back.
That's brilliant
Hey, George Lucas
I would also have a force of rogue stormtroopers Finn had convinced to fight.
This is the best thing I've read all day
