- No hubo pronóstico de que la tormenta en Houston, Texas, sería tan fuerte. Parecía un huracán categoría 2. Los fuertes vientos dejaron las calles tapizadas de vidrio de las ventas y techo de un hotel. Cuatro personas murieron.
