@@timokampwerth1996 my favorite dungeon has been in storm blood where it was four sprouts together (yes I'm still a sprout) and we wiped on a boss four times before we figured it out but it was so fun working together and talking to each other trying to figure out the mechanic that was killing us

The saddest moment in FF14 for me was nothing in the MSQ it was I moved on to Shadowbringer and lost my sprout status.
I couldn't wait to lose the damn thing. Then I started missing it a bit for a couple weeks
I'm about nine quest away from losing it
I used a command in chat to turn mine off early while i was in Dragonsong. Part of me wishes I left it on the whole time, but I also don't feel like I missed much. I kept up well enough that nobody lost patience with me in a way they wouldn't have with the icon still there.
Watching Zepla react to Raid is exactly how I felt every time I used to load that hellscape of a game up.

At 11:30, if you listen closely in the background you can hear Zepla's BF sobbing quietly.
Looking at sprouts enjoying the game is like having your own kids and watching them enjoy those holidays you probably had a blast with as a kid, like Christmas and Halloween, you get to feel that joy again through your kids, because as an adult you don't enjoy these things that much anymore, but just knowing it's your kid's first experiences and that you are creating some happy memories that will stick with them makes you happy, at least that is how I feel, I try to help out sprout without being to obnoxious, just helping them out when they ask for help, so yeah happy times ♥!

First time viewer. To clarify Pints "Sprout" status, as long as you never hit the current max lvl cap in any job class, you can retain your "Sprout" status for a good while. I myself still had my sprout after years of on/off activity.
So I want someone to explain the Carbuncle part , I NEED to know ....
Basically mods, you can use one called glamourer to swap your clothes (even paid ones) change your looks without fantasia. On the carbuncle case you can swap the carbuncle look to make it look like a playable character, from here you can just guess what they were doing

The biggest thing about these custom created character stories is that their story starts and ends when you start and finish playing.
While other games where you follow the lives, say Geralt in Witcher 3, you are simply living a part of their lives, and you know the stories and lives of the characters you love goes on.

I had my sprout for 2 and a half years.
Zep, what you said about, I'm tired I only have one more pull left in me, it it will be the clear 15:49 ... I've done the same thing as raid leader, told them, them being the fucktards that kept taking turns in a round robin of wiping the group, that I was canceling our last raid night, but keeping those that didn't die & filling the spots of those that kept dying with those that knew the fight, knew what to do, & didn't die with people looking for a static spot.
I said this on out first of three nights we raided, the second night the boss that had us stuck for weeks, the liquid metal boss from robot arm (it was 8 or 9 years ago lucky I remembered that much) we one shotted him, & the next boss only took us two tries, next boss no one thought we'd get this far in one night so no one knew it yet, so I told them those that want to replace people for the 3rd night said I should hold off since everyone did so well when under the threat of being left behind, & replaced, third nigh came, 3 shotted the next and then onto the last boss, we had internet problems, & then our OT had a family emergency, sister cut her hand doing dishes when a glass broke & needed to go to the ER for a shit ton of stitches, & I told him do not fucking worry, we're getting the achievement as a STATIC.
Then I blow it, the next week was Thanksgivings & half the static took flights home or drive hours to see family, I logged on after having dinner & football with family since they lived close by, & I was ninja invited to the best raiding static on my server to filling for their OT to clear the last boss, & like a idiot I said yes, & on our first try we killed it. Yes I could have hid any drops I got, & the title, but I live streamed it on twitch, so everyone in my static saw me clear.
By the following Monday the static I worked so hard to hold together splintered in every direction, someone left the server, someone else joined other static, & others quit raiding until the next expansion, & I was left with only the couple I wanted to replace.
If you didn't guess, that hold 3rd night replacing people was a bluff, but it worked great. FOMO is very powerful involving raiders.
Made another static, cleared everything, but had to quit before 4.0 b/c family issues.
Since skipping gets all kind of reactions out of people, i shit you not, i didn't even realize that the characters were.. missing.. during the end of the Endwalker story because i skipped every cutscene. Then later on i watched someone play through the story.
Been playing since 2013, but still a forever sprout!
My fortune cookie when I opened it said to download Raid Shadow Legends but I asked "Gimme three reason why?" And then the video immediately went to the reasons why I should get it. Thanks Zepla I now have RAID SHAWOD LEGERN for me and my sisterm
