I have had psychosis on two separate occasions both during a lupus flare. I have anxiety, depression, headaches, fainting episodes. Previous use of prednisone caused AVN in both hips and knees. Bilateral THR at age 32. I'm 45 now. What should I focus on or pay attention to?

My daughter got ECTs and she stopped all of the psychosis. She got a pulse first. The ECTs were a miracle for us and they are noninvasive with no side effects.
