      @@queenbonhomme9667 what’s one way you exercised leadership and initiative at work?
      S(situation) I had a situation where I was working an obstacle race and temperatures were quickly climbing and lines were moving slowly.
      T(task) I was assigned registration check in and noticed that many of them had not preregistered and it was a quick process that could be completed before approaching the table to get the line flowing again
      A(action) I decided to have someone take over for me at the table while I addressed the crowd collectively and assured ppl individually in preregistering while in line
      R(result) this cut wait time drastically and allowed for the check in process to go much quicker getting the runners out on the track before the heat reached its peak for the day

    Hello sis, i was wondering if you remember seing applicants that are shorter? Around 5 feet? I watched couple of videos and some said its the reach test is what they are looking for. Is it the same case with your airline? Thank you!

      @conquerthechange  Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@fashionandmore9687 yes I was the second shortest in my class at 5’2. I wore 3 inch heels to the f2f that includes the reach test and made it. Once you get on the line they have a stick that helps you close the taller bins. You’ll do fine ☺️

    Hi sis I was trying to put my comment on the live, but I'll also leave it here, I'm an international applicant who needs a visa sponsorship, I have a South African passport that allows me to travel internationally but I don't understand when they ask if I'm "legally allowed" to travel to the US or internationally. Another thing is I don't know anyone who is a US flight attendant that I can use as a reference, is that important?

    • @conquerthechange
      @conquerthechange  Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@Zefana_Dube I’m not sure whether references make a difference but I do know quite a few international applicants who got in with no problems. As long as your countries passport allows for travel to and from the US and its territories you’ll be good. Also look into applying for visas for the countries we frequent that requires them. So far I believe it’s just China and soon Europe.
