Rising Sun Flag isn't same to the Nazi flag. It's imperial Japanese navy's flag since 1870s and still used by naval defense force. Nazi Germany established in 1930s, so It's nothing to do with the Rising Sun Flag.

Yes. Joseon is one of the poorest dynasty in east Asia.
Actually, kings of Joseon wore 9 mianguan (九冕) untill early 19 century, but after 1897, when Gojong of Joseon declared an empire, they start to use 12 mianguan (十二冕). The clothes of the king and queen in this video are after late 19 century so the 12 mianguan (十二冕) is correct thing. I think you know it : 9 for king, 12 for emperor. Joseon had been an empire since 1897.

Ming of China fell in 1644, and King of Manchurian Qing ruled China for 300 years. King Gojong of Joseon changed the name of the country to the Korean Empire (대한제국)in 1897 and began to use the title of emperor.
Although Joseon was ruined, Joseon's royal families still live and perform traditional rituals, and photos and relics of Joseon kings and queens remain in Korea.
