15:27 Again, signed art pottery. There's a special glazing process that forms those bubbles. Tiffany and studio did the same technique on glass. I think it could have been a score.

I’ve found a clear moon star compote which is bigger than yours at goodwill for $10 but the lid was chipped and I took it.
I found the same blue compote, but left it because it was damaged . Im stickibg to my rule, no damage.
