AC6 - Attack the Refueling Base - S Rank

I think there are a couple ways to go about this mission.
For this run, key here was to make a bit of extra money with the first set of tanks and the combat HC. Then finishing the mission as quickly as possible with as little ammo and repair costs as possible.
I found is you take this pathing and limit your costs to around 25k and under, you can achieve S Rank.
