Cool video, enjoyed it. I will say though, the part at 4 mins about underexposing and pushing up 3/4 stops will almost always go in favor to the non raw camera - no matter any camera system, its not a flaw with the C200, that's normal for RAW - there's a ton of processing Canon does to it's MP4/Non raw files, and those are disabled in RAW Lite - I learned this the hard way shooting with the C200 and doing half the shoot in RAW and the other half MP4 lol.

Were you using auto-focus when shooting the song? The focus shifts seemed organic and imperfect (in a good way). Also, I love that song. Is it a cover or original? I need it!
Good points and review. I hate no EVF on the C70 - not even a optional EVF from Canon - c'mon! C70 looks like a solid camera overall but ain't cheap. And guys, you're pros - get that shotgun a lot closer - people forgive poor video long before they forgive poor audio -
Love our C100, love our C200 and we are going to love the C70 as soon as we buy one this week. I love each camera for different reasons. They are money-making workhorses!

I edit on a 2020 iMac and it's workable. Not seamless (like my 8-bit C100markII), but workable. I'm also usually shooting Long GOP because I want to save HD space but it's even smoother in All-I!
3:04. Your friend has a point, I have encountered this myself. When should one use RAW then? I make documentaries myself and if the budget allows it would love to shoot RAW 4k for the big screen. For all my doc features, I hire a professional film editor who primarily works in features. What kind of gear should they have to edit the raw footage? What was the specs of your friend's computer? I shoot 1080 8 Bit alot for my clients fitness videos cause they are viewing them with their phones, however for some of my Doc shorts I plan to make 1. Festival awards, 2. Generate interest to pursue funding for my features, I will be editing the Doc short myself and it will be RAW, what computer specs you suggests?
