“Leaders speak last.” I loved this point. I think that interrupting people has become an epidemic. I’m Native American and it is not done in our culture. I always find it jarring to be around people who have a habit of interrupting others. Thank you for this info!
Most of the native American tribes have cultures of respect - especially egalitarian respect. It's important to know and respect your audience, which is why emotional intelligence and self-awareness are so important in leaders!
