1- How to make it according to the recipe percentage of N P K based on the local urea, phosphate and potash found in the local market. 2- Is it necessary to run air and neutral pump 24 hours in deep water culture.

Sir in our opinion one should start with online training and small practicals so that you can get some true experience then go for offline.

Do you have any list of "The uptake dynamics of the macro and the secondary nutrients" of all vegetable plant in each stage ? I Mean Each stage how much , Nitrogen (N),Phosphorus (P),Potassium (K),Calcium (Ca),Sulphur (S),Magnesium (Mg),Iron (Fe),Manganese (Mn),Boron (B),Zinc (Zn),Copper (Cu),Molybdenum (Mo) is required for each vegetable plant ? Do you know in any books its available ?

I thought this will be the open source knowledge system. But now u r also in business and wish to earn money. This is the reason why this technique is still not being adopted. Everybody wants to make money. Thanks bro and sis. You are definitely not distributing knowledge u r using it to earn money.
Though we are trying to make educational videos on Hydroponics as much as possible.
But
By this type of comments you are questioning on whole teacher society who teach us with hardwork and on revert we pay something to them.
We are keeping on learning this technique by spending lot of money, time, efforts and hardwork.
So according to our opinion, charging some fees for sharing our earned information is not wrong. We are working hard with our trainees to guide them.
It would be wrong, If we do not guide properly to you after taking money from you.

@@JSHydroponics In Indonesia hydroponic practice is widely used because they have less land for farming. The people of Indonesia are ready to provide their knowledge free of cost. The problem is the language. I have made many friends from Indonesia. They guide me without any cost but it is shameful that in my own country the people are taking advantage of lack of knowledge and understanding of hydroponic. I have seen many companies are charging from minimum 3000 to 4lakh for online learning and setups. Initially when i saw your vedios I thought you must be different but you are also the same. If you had been a teacher in reality you would have charged nominal fees say 200 to 400. Why r u charging 1000? Just to sell knowledge? Knowledge is so costly!
