    Please can you help me !
    I have email work but when I sign in with my email I don’t receive the OTP code! I refresh my email and sign out but still not receive it

    Is this already outdated?
    I can't see the field 'show departments list page on choosing to submit a ticket', but I would definitely like to turn this one off for my customers, as I don't want them to see all our departments...

      Hi Matthias! Thanks for commenting. The field still exists. The only reason I've ever seen it not show is if there is a single active departement in the organization. If you're not sure how many you have, you can open Zoho Desk and navigate to Setup>>>General>>>Departments and see the list of active departments. If you do have multiple active departments and you're still not seeing this field, I recommend sending an email to Zoho Desk support to see what they can do for you.
