- Follow along on this semi wreck that we got called on! Driver blew a steer tire which shot him off the side of the road and into an orchard of trees!
Wrecker Rick, Fenner, Hotrod, Boudie and Garrett worked together to get this mess cleaned off the highway! We took the new 1150 Rotator out along with the lowboy and got the job done!

That wrecked tractor looks like a giant alien bug when it was being lifted around! Can't believe everything stayed upright & didn't turn over. Prayers for the driver. Murphy's Diesel did a heck of a job. BE SAFE

You should be different color zip ties on the hoses. Blue goes to blue, green goes to green every time no questions asked and no worry about blowing the seals out of your manifold.

Idea to make it idiot proof with the hoses. Leave the pressure on the trucks and spin your return around so it disconnects off the trucks and stays with the trailers. No colors codings to fade, no zip ties to fall off. -Travis

Hey I’m a firefighter in Montana in a rural area and we’re on calls like this on dark two lane highways and we bought all of our guys Guardian Angels. They’re really bright LED pucks you wear. You can mount them a bunch of different ways and you can order them in red blue green amber and white. You can build your own light pattern. They’re worth the money I can see my guys a long ways away in the dark.
I used to buy them for everyone, they pretty much all lost them. They are real nice!

The Murphy’s Diesel crew could really benefit from a Big D’s Fabrication heavy duty tow dolly with as many trucks as you guys deal with that have wiped out axles. We checked them out at the Ohio Tow Show this past weekend, and they look like a really handy tool to have for heavy recoveries!

In the UK we would have chained up the first drive axle inflated the bags on the second and towed the lot, yes you have all the gear to not have to. Is it not permissable to tow the combination in the state you are in ? Again a great job with a team to be proud of to work with.
We do that sometimes, but we had a rotator and an available trailer, so we decided to load it, works both ways.

I'm looking forward to getting some of that Murphy's Diesel next time I drive through northern Arizona.... I haven't been through there on I-40 since the winter of 2020 but I plan to get through there again, soon. Is this new Murphy's Diesel truck stop going to be fuel only, or will it be like a Loves or a Pilot with food, coffee, snacks, and showers?

Yes, they are only rated for 25k, we rarely use them, it’s better to hard bar them. Safer too

You'll need to remind the guys about backs to the traffic and if it goes wrong ,you are responsible for their safety ,at the speeds that traffic flys past ,it would be all over in a second , nobody's wants that .
Another great recovery but you guys really need a vehicle with an arrow stick on to use as a traffic control unit to park away from the scene for pre warning.
Doesn't matter how it's parked away some ass clown will still, run into it

It’s hard to say, I’ve seen them fix worse and I’ve seen the scrap trucks with less damage. Depends on there insurance company

My God. What a disaster. And all of that just from a single tire blowout??? GEEZ--LOUISE!! I noticed that on the situation there was no highway patrol there from start to finish.
And the vast majority of the time regardless, if it’s a wreck involving another vehicle or not, the majority of the times, there’s law-enforcement on the scene.
But not this time. But not here. I found that strange. Anyway, Rick and his crew once again, Did a heck of a job. Excellent job.

Man. A possible other wreck. I take it you mean the same company that the driver was driving far? I can relate very much so, to living in a rural area. Yaak Montana Is very, very rural.
The US census.gov for 2020 I just looked to see what our population is. Off the top of my head I was going to say 279 for the entire valley. The census says, 299.
We have 2 stores here in our little town. Both of them or taverns, and they also serve food. One is called the Dirty, Shame Saloon. And the one directly across the street is called the Yaak River, Mercantile & Tavern.
To go to real grocery shopping you have to go over to a little town which is a lot bigger than ours, called Troy. About 50 miles away. The next closest town is Eureka. An hour and a half-way. And it’s bigger than Troy.

They are not pumps those are fuel dispensers. But for all and any of ur fuel station repairs call seneca companies we build and service all fuel stations and we also do fuel polishing
